Whitney Bowling has over 20 years of experience representing clients in transactional matters. Whitney’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and development, including mortgage lending and construction law. She represents parties on all sides of a transaction, with extensive experience in debt and equity structuring and negotiation.
Prior to joining BakerLopez, Whitney was a partner at a Plano law firm for nine years and also served as general counsel of a real estate equity firm.
Whitney graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University and received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law. She is licensed in both Texas and North Carolina.
Whitney and her husband Jason live in Mooresville, North Carolina with their two daughters and their son.
