MK Holloway joined BakerLopez in 2022, where her practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation, representing commercial creditors in collection and bankruptcy, and commercial judgment collection.

While at SMU, MK served as an Articles Editor of the International Law Review Association, in addition to participating in SMU’s corporate counsel externship program as a legal extern for Tenet Healthcare’s ethics and compliance department.

Prior to joining BakerLopez, MK gained experience predominantly in the area of commercial litigation through various legal internships with boutique and midsize law firms in Dallas.

MK graduated magna cum laude with honors and received her B.A. in English from Arkansas State University and earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. MK was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2022.

Outside of the office, MK enjoys taking her two poodles to the dog park, traveling, reading, and golfing with her fiancé, Will.
