Carol Rennesund

Senior Paralegal

Carol Rennesund serves BakerLopez and its clients as a Senior Paralegal with 35 years’ experience and supports the Real Estate/Transactional Group in all areas of real estate transactions and closings. Her broad experience includes estate planning, probate, corporate, real estate and financing work with emphasis on medium-sized to very large complex real estate and financing transactions.

Carol attended Ball State University and Purdue University, and received her paralegal certificate from Paralegal Careers, Inc. in Tampa, Florida. She served as the Chair of the Dallas Area Paralegal Association’s Real Estate Section from 2013 through 2014.

She has also participated in the Town of Addison’s Inwood/Culinary District Advisory Committee, and is currently serving on the Town of Addison’s Comprehensive Plan Update Advisory Committee. Other interests have included volunteering for Operation Kindness and the DFW Metro Golden Retriever Rescue organization.
